Nazmul is a transformation leader with over 18 years of experience across Asia Pacific and Europe. 

As a consultant at Button Inc., a digital service design firm in British Columbia, he manages transformation projects for Canada’s federal and provincial governments. He has led impactful brand positioning for global organizations like American Express and transformative initiatives for two of Bangladesh’s largest banks. 

His strategic expertise includes leadership roles at global creative agencies like Leo Burnett and Universal McCann. Nazmul also serves as an Associate Faculty member at Royal Roads University, specializing in Service Experience Design and Marketing.

Experience

Nazmul is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning over a decade. Since 2024, he has been working as a Management Consultant specializing in Citizen Services and Government with Button Inc. in Victoria, BC, Canada.

In 2023, he served as a Social Impact Community Animator at TheDoc – Center for Social Impact, also based in Victoria. Prior to that, Nazmul held the role of Executive Vice President and Head of Marketing at Prime Bank Ltd. in Bangladesh from 2019 to 2021. 

Between 2012 and 2021, he contributed as an Associate Faculty member in MBA programs at American International University (AIUB), BRAC University, and the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) at the University of Dhaka. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade as Senior Vice President and Head of Brand at City Bank – American Express in Bangladesh from 2009 to 2019.
