Lee Griffiths is a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists BC (APEG BC) and a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). He is passionate about improving efficiencies through continuous improvement and problem solving. Griffiths’ professional experiences have given him the opportunity to apply continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques in a variety of industries in manufacturing, and as an automation and controls consultant.

Griffiths has more than 20 years of leadership experience within fast-paced, high tech manufacturing industries. He has a proven track record of creating and implementing business strategies to maintain continuous improvement, using lean manufacturing methodology, increasing production efficiencies and reducing production costs.
