Kim Moller has more than 25 years of experience working with a multitude of private and public sector businesses, organizations and multinational corporations. His areas of expertise are business strategy, innovation, strategic communications and organizational development. His broad experience includes strategy development and organizational alignment, product and process innovation, customer relations management, integrated marketing and communications, sales and distribution channel management, media planning and web intelligence. At Royal Roads University, Moller teaches the Master of Business Administration courses Creating Customer Value and Leading Innovation, as well as International Marketing in the Master of Global Management program.
Experience
Moller has executed business and marketing strategies, communications and customer relations management systems for organizations as diverse as Colgate Palmolive, Philips-Conoco, Nokia Systems, FIAT Automobiles, Royal Roads University, Helijet International, BC Shared Services Agency and The Ministry of Children and Family Development. He is adjunct faculty, organizational management advisor and strategic mentor with RRU, very involved with start-ups, and also associated with the School of Business at Camosun College where he instructs in Internet marketing.
He was nominated for Royal Roads University’s Kelly Outstanding Teaching Award (2019).
