Kathy Jerritt

Kathy holds an MBA with a specialization in management consulting and has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), she helps organizations and leaders manage change and build readiness for transition and continuity with an emphasis on preserving community value. She brings a holistic and cooperative approach to creating and supporting resilient and sustainable organizations, and is deeply passionate about using business and education as tools for positive social change. 

Experience

Kathy brings hands-on experience as a business owner, advisor, and board member across the private and non-profit sectors (with a bit of municipal government work sprinkled in). She has founded and operated multiple businesses, served on boards and advisory committees, and worked closely with both individuals and teams navigating transition and organizational change. In addition to her consulting practice, she is a mentor through Royal Roads University and Futurpreneur, and teaches graduate-level change management.
