Julie Williams, KC, BA (Hons.), LLB, MPA, Ph.D., worked for the BC provincial government for over 25 years as a policy analyst, lawyer and executive. Julie has a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and has taught a variety of courses at Royal Roads University and the University of Victoria, primarily in public administration and environmental law.
Experience
Environmental law and policy was Julie’s first field of work as a lawyer and public servant and remains an area of special interest to her.
