Jenn holds more than 25 years of experience in the environment, humanitarian and international development sectors. Her areas of focus include adult education, capacity building, climate resiliency, disaster risk reduction and nature-based solutions.

Jenn has been a principal at Highwatermark since 2017. Highwatermark helps civil society organizations, social values-driven businesses and government agencies to plan better, manage risk and build resiliency, and engage their community more effectively. 

Previously, Jenn held leadership positions with several Canadian and international civil society organizations and is a recent past fellow for the International Union for the Conservation of Nature’s. 

Experience

Through her work at Highwatermark, Jenn currently consults as a knowledge and resource mobilization specialist for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent. 

She is also a capacity development expert for Global Affairs Canada’s Technical Assistance Program initiative.
