Beth Cougler Blom

Beth Cougler Blom is a facilitator and learning designer. Alongside her team at BCB Learning Inc., she works with organizational clients, particularly in non-profit, healthcare, and government sectors, to help them design and facilitate great in-person or online learning experiences.

Experience

Beth has a strong history in post-secondary education, including past experience as an instructional designer with Royal Roads University.

She spent many years involved in the Facilitating Learning Online courses through both BCcampus and RRU.

Beth holds a Master of Education degree from the University of British Columbia in Adult Education. She also is a qualified Instructional Skills Workshop Trainer and Facilitator. 

Beth is the author of Design to Engage: How to Create and Facilitate a Great Learning Experience For Any Group and is the host of the Facilitating on Purpose podcast.
