Amanda Willett is Vice President Legal and Corporate Secretary at Denison Mines Corp. Denison is a uranium exploration and development company with interests in the Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan. Like most mining companies, Denison is always busy with a diverse range of operational, M&A and financing related matters. 

Experience

Willett has been Denison’s in-house counsel since 2016. Prior to joining Denison, she was a securities law associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Vancouver. Before that, Willet was a corporate and securities law associate with Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto.
