Governor General’s Gold Medal
Master of Business Administration in Executive Management graduate Jesse Ray Challoner receives the Governor General’s Gold Medal in recognition of his organizational management project, “Equity Diversity and Inclusion in the Fire Service: Augmenting Recruitment Strategies to Improve EDI in the Victoria Fire Department,” which explored what barriers may exist for underrepresented groups in fire service teams and if heterogeneous teams are effective.
This highly prestigious award recognizes a student at each of Canada's public Universities twice a year for having presented the most outstanding dissertation, thesis, or graduate research project.
