President Steenkamp: RRU researchers generating buzz on electrification

This week, I speak with Royal Roads University Assoc. Prof. Runa Das and Master of Arts in Environment and Management student Katherine Matos about a topic I'm really charged up about — electrification. 

In partnership with the City of Victoria and MITACS, they want to know what Victoria residents like when it comes to electric cars and the places where you can charge them. I spoke with them about their project, and how City of Victoria residents like me (and maybe you), can share their thoughts in a new survey, open through November 30. And in the City of Victoria, where vehicles contribute 40 per cent of all emissions, this project has the potential to make a big impact.
