President Steenkamp on Dr. Henry’s honorary degree

Royal Roads University President Philip Steenkamp spoke to CTV Vancouver Island on why the university chose to recognize Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry with an honorary Doctor of Laws degree at virtual Convocation Nov. 6.
