Currently, he is a graduate student completing a blended Master of Science in Environment and Management program while working full-time as a senior project manager in Victoria, with responsibilities throughout BC.

Kevin brings more than 30 years of diverse experience, demonstrating his adaptability and capability. He has worked in the construction, forestry, mining, manufacturing, municipal, oil and gas industrial, and production fields. His unwavering commitment to promoting acceptance, involvement, and inclusion is a testament to his belief in the importance of a respectful community. As the president of the Royal Roads University Student Association (RRUSA), he listens and acts on the voice of student needs through advocacy, leveraging his experience and community connections. During his tenure as President, RRUSA has doubled the financial support to the RRUSA Student Urgent Relief Fund (SURF) Bursary and doubled the available fiscal aid to the RRUSA Bursary, including removing the cap to reflect 20% of all fees being available for students in need. These successful initiatives are a testament to Kevin's leadership and his ability to bring about positive change.

Kevin is a leader and strategic thinker deeply committed to advocating for student well-being. His proactive approach and care for others are evident in the several events and accessibility projects he has initiated in collaboration with Royal Roads University. His efforts have led to significant facility improvements and increased student engagement, ensuring a better future for generations of students, faculty, and university staff.
