Originally from Germany, Inga Michaelsen relocated to Canada’s West Coast in her early twenties. Growing up in Europe and traveling extensively around the world has fostered her deep appreciation for diverse perspectives and ways of working. With over 14 years of experience in coaching and organizational development, she has worked extensively with leaders and teams to strengthen collaboration, communication, and well-being.
An alumna of Royal Roads University's Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management, Inga values the university’s team-based learning approach and understands firsthand how teamwork skills are essential for success in both education and professional settings.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Inga has completed extensive training in coaching and facilitation. She has worked with individuals and teams to navigate challenges, strengthen dynamics, and enhance collaboration.
In her role as a Team Coach at Royal Roads, she is committed to equipping students with the collaboration skills needed to thrive in their academic and professional journeys.
Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.
