RRU Hide & Seek Painted Rocks

In celebration of World Mental Health Day 2024

Join us for an exciting and meaningful activity at the Royal Roads University Recreation Centre from October 7 to October 13! In collaboration with the Student Engagement Team and Counselling & Learning Strategy, we’re hosting the "RRU Hide & Seek Painted Rocks" event across the beautiful RRU campus, with a focus on promoting mental health and well-being.

Here’s how it works:

• Stop by the Rec Centre to pick up your trail map or start your "treasure hunt" with your team in Charlie's Trail.
• Look for the painted rocks hidden along the way.
• Once you find a rock, bring it back to the Rec Centre to claim your prize!

It’s a perfect way to enjoy the outdoors, get some exercise, and have fun with friends. Don't miss out on this unique adventure!
