Take a short break and engage in two simple mindfulness exercises (just 15 minutes!). Facilitated by an RRU Counsellor, these practices can help calm your nervous system, relax your body and promote clarity and focus in your mind. Take-home instructions for several mindful practices will be offered at the end of the session (also attached here if you are unable to join), helping you build your mindfulness toolkit. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.
