The Healthy Planet Program is excited to offer this lunch hour yoga practice with RRU’s Allana McConachy. Join us on April 22nd for an Earth Day–themed Yin Yoga practice designed to help you feel grounded and connected to the earth, while releasing tension and quieting the mind. You’ll be gently guided into longer-held postures and offered supportive tools to help settle both body and mind.

Please dress comfortably and bring your own yoga mat and support props for this gentle and reinvigorating yoga practice outdoors. The session will be re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather.

Accessibility: We are committed to making this session as barrier-free as possible. The location may be wheelchair accessible and props, modifications and alternative poses will be offered. More details about the accessibility of the session are provided in the confirmation email.

The meet up location and session details will be shared with those who register.

The Healthy Planet Program is an initiative co-led by the Climate Action and Sustainability Team and People and Culture's Healthy U team to offer campus stewardship opportunities to staff, students, faculty and community members. We gratefully acknowledge WWF-Canada's Go Wild grant for support of RRU's Healthy Planet Program.
