Creative, Action-Oriented Approaches to Leadership, Learning, and Systems Transformation

Dr. Heykoop was awarded a Research and Professional Development grant to present Royal Roads University’s leadership, learning, and systems transformation at a conference in Toronto, Canada.

Royal Roads University’s faculty from the School of Leadership Studies shared innovative and creative approaches to action research and experiential learning practices, to support leaders to courageously lead and contribute to systems transformation at the 21st International Leadership Association Conference in Ottawa from October 24-27, 2019 and at the National Health Leadership Conference in Toronto from June 10-11, 2019, Toronto. These presentations highlighted RRU’s role as a hub of leadership excellence, engaged-action-oriented learning, and systems transformation.
