Organizational Management Project (A)

This course supports students through the process of developing their research proposal, literature review, and the initial considerations of the research methods for the Organizational Management Project (OMP). The OMP is the integrative learning activity required to complete the MBA program at Royal Roads University. The OMP involves identifying a management issue within an organization, researching the current knowledge on the issue, conducting real world research relevant to that issue, and developing evidence-based recommendations and an implementation plan for how the client or host organization can address the issue.
