Operations and Processes

Examines the methods and theories related to managing organizational processes and outputs, goods or services. Introduces students to the ways in which organizations plan and manage operations in support of their strategies. The topics to be discussed include foundations of process design and improvement, , quality management, capacity and inventory management, and supply-chain management.
