Explores the challenge, opportunities, methods, and tools of change leadership for a just transition in the context of climate change and adaptation and mitigation actions. Examines how alternate perspectives and approaches can unlock motivations for change in a complex, agile, and interconnected environment. Applies a complex systems and social justice orientation to examine what success would look like, what barriers exist, and what we need to learn individually and collectively to anticipate and navigate the challenges ahead. Creates opportunities for applying new skills and knowledge to practice, co-creating knowledge to practice, while also encouraging critical reflection and interdisciplinary peer learning.
