Working with global leadership theories and principles of networking, collaboration, inquiry, engagement, cross cultural communication, and dialogue with stakeholders in organizational and community settings, students will develop their capstone or internship ideas. You will explore related theories and methodologies and learn how to use inquiry methods, such as focus groups, world cafés, and matrix interviewing. When combined with action as applied inquiry, these can generate new learning and the possibility for transformative change. You are introduced to processes of capstone and internship planning and management. Ethical requirements will be emphasized. Pre-requisites: GBLD 501 and GBLD 505 and 2 MAGL electives, or with permission of the Program Head.
