On-campus Residency III. Students are required to attend a one-week residency on the Royal Roads University campus in Victoria. Doctoral students, at different stages of their study, will have the opportunity to get involved in formal and informal learning conversations with peers, faculty, practitioners and potential supervisors. Informal conversations will be facilitated by various on-campus activities, and the open-concept design of the offices that RRU-DBA students will use during residencies. Formal conversations will be facilitated through workshops including disciplinary, interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary knowledge-intensive workshops; professional development workshops; and scholarly oriented workshops. Pre-requisite: approved dissertation proposal and approved ethical review, unless otherwise approved by the Program Head.
