Business is a significant force in society. Likewise, economic, social, cultural, technological, institutional, and other forces affect business and entrepreneurial management practice. What does it mean to "create value," and how do our mental models affect the way we relate to stakeholders and the environment? This course offers students the opportunity to explore these themes and critically consider the intersections of business and society in light of their entrepreneurial interests.
