Cassondra Billings

As a Coordinator with the Career Learning and Development team at Royal Roads University, Cass supports career learning initiatives that foster student success and enhance the learner experience. She is passionate about building collaborative relationships and creating organized, learner-centred experiences.

With a background in program administration, operations management, and entrepreneurship, Cass brings expertise in improving workflows, managing projects, and supporting organizational success. She is also the owner of Emberly Plant Dyed, a creative business rooted in sustainability, community, and fibre arts.

A proud Royal Roads alumna, Cass holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Professional Communication and Environmental Studies and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma in Education at Queen's University, focusing on Educational Administration and Global Learning. She is committed to lifelong learning and creating positive, supportive experiences that help students and colleagues thrive.
