How to access free parking
Parking is free across campus for Friday and Saturday, but you must register your vehicle in advance. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and walking to the venue.
To register your vehicle (up to 30 min before event starts):

Accessibility
The West Parking Lot is nearest Dogwood Auditorium with reserved spaces for those with accessibility needs.
Golf cart shuttles are available from the Central Parking Lot for anyone who requires assistance.

What should I wear?
Friday evening’s Awards Reception is business casual, with cocktail attire welcome. Saturday is more relaxed - comfortable, smart-casual. If you are joining the Traditional Plant Walk, wear sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate layers, as the trail includes uneven natural terrain.
Are pets allowed at the event?
Pets are not allowed inside the buildings unless they are certified service animals. Please bring the service certification with you.
Is Habitat Café open?
Habitat is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and closed on the weekends.
Will the Castle and the Museum be open?
The castle and the museum will only be open during Alumni Weekend as part of the “Behind the Walls of Hatley Castle” tour.
Where is Lost & Found?
The Security Office is located on the ground floor of the Millward Building. All lost items will be brought to Security.
