As experienced facilitator, transformational leader and business consultant, Glen focuses on executing organizational change management programs that provide strategic direction and operational leadership through: effective staff management and team building; accomplishing business goals and objectives; and by building high-functioning teams emphasizing communication, teamwork, resilience and sustainability. Glen is an accomplished change and lean management practitioner who builds effective teams and strives for business optimization through the application of best practices, principles and value-added activities. An articulate and engaging public speaker, teacher and life-long-learner, Glen seeks to help individuals, teams and organizations build resilience, while achieving extraordinary results.

 

 

Experience

Having worked with the Vancouver Police Department as a member of the senior management team and as a senior officer within the Department of National Defence, Glen has over 30 years of extensive hands-on leadership experience. He is a proven strategic business planner with comprehensive transformational experience leading and training high-functioning teams, especially where significant performance-based and workplace culture re-engineering is required. Glen has extensive governmental experience in public safety, policy development and program implementation.

Glen began doctoral studies in 2012 at Northcentral University focusing on organizational behaviour, strategic management, strategic leadership, international business, and leadership in organizations.
