Official transcripts are prepared by the Registrar's Office. Requests for transcripts must be submitted online through the MyAdmin website, along with your payment.

Transcript Services Available
Please log in to MyAdmin to submit your request and online payment.
|Regular service - processed within 4-5 business days||$12 per transcript|
|Rush service - processed the following business day||$23 per transcript|
|Faxed transcripts||add $5 per copy|
Both regular and rush services are sent by Canada Post regular mail and can take up to 10 days for delivery within Canada.
Royal Roads University is not responsible for transcripts that are lost or delayed in the mail. Confirmation is not sent that the request was processed unless you’ve chosen “hold for pickup”. If you are sending your transcript to a third party, you may wish to contact them to confirm delivery.
Transcript requests will not be processed if you have outstanding fees or fines owing to the university.
If you are unable to submit your request through MyAdmin, please contact the Registrar's Office to discuss other options. Please feel free to email us with your questions but do not email your credit card information as this is not secure.
