Our On-Campus Student Orientation is designed to connect new students and the RRU community through interactive workshops and campus tours.

Inbound Exchange Student Orientation
Inbound Exchange Student Orientation is designed to kick off your study abroad adventure smoothly with tips and tricks to support your success in Canada and as a learner at RRU.
All new Inbound Exchange Students are expected to attend this online orientation, in place of International Student Orientation. prior to their program start. Join us for our spring session on Wednesday, June 26. If you are unable to attend, please contact us.

If your ancestors are Indigenous Peoples of the Lands we now call Canada or you’re Indigenous to other regions of the world, we are grateful that you have chosen to study at Royal Roads. We are committed to supporting your success.

Pre-Residency Support: What to Expect Learning On Campus at RRU
With schedules generally spanning Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., we want to help you make the most of your residency time at RRU and ensure you feel supported as you head into this time of intense and transformational learning.

LaunchPad
When your student account is activated, you'll be automatically registered for LaunchPad. LaunchPad is our online site built to help you understand what to expect and how to succeed at RRU.
In addition, we offer LaunchPad Live! to connect in real time. We host LaunchPad Live twice a month, so visit our Events page to check out our upcoming sessions. Possible conversation topics include Student Life, Funding Your Education, Digital Literacy, Time Management & Study Skills and Stress Management & Building Resilience.
